Therapeutic Approach

My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in building a genuine connection and honoring your individual values. I believe in the power of cultivating a trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients as we embark on this journey together towards achieving your goals. Establishing a safe and secure environment is at the heart of our work, providing a solid foundation for us to navigate through challenges, uncover profound insights, and create positive change in your cognitions and behaviors.

I understand that our sense of self is influenced by a multitude of factors, from early life experiences to cultural identity and significant life events. It is my goal to understand how all of these may shape your cognitions, and help you rewrite them.  Drawing from a blend of therapeutic modalities including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we tailor our approach to suit your unique needs. Together, we confront maladaptive patterns, explore relational dynamics, and celebrate your successes every step of the way.

Ultimately, my aim is to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard, where authenticity thrives, and where together, we can embark on a transformative journey towards healing and fulfillment.
